Platform Usage & Access Terms
1. Scope of the Platform
This platform (“Platform”) is provided solely for communication, support, and ticket management related to specific individual projects. The Platform does not offer direct sales, payment processing, subscription services, or standalone digital products.
The Platform does not operate under a traditional user membership or account-based registration model. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no permanent user accounts are created, and any access-related records may be removed once the associated project or contract relationship ends. Access to the Platform is granted strictly through a contract-based or purchase-based reference model.

3. Access Method
Access is provided using one Method:
- A valid project contract ID
Together with an email address provided by the user.
4. Email Declaration and Responsibility
When accessing the Platform for the first time, the user is required to declare an email address. The accuracy, ownership, and security of this email address are the sole responsibility of the user. The Platform does not verify the ownership of the provided email address beyond basic technical validation.
5. Single Email per Project Rule
Each project contract may be associated with only one (1) email address. Multiple email registrations, shared access, or parallel usage under the same project reference are strictly prohibited. The user may request to change the email address associated with the access reference via the Platform interface. Any such change is carried out under the responsibility of the respective account holder. The Platform cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised email accounts, leaked or misused project IDs, or similar access credentials.
6. Authorization Confirmation
By accessing the Platform using a contract ID, the User confirms that they are authorized to act within the relevant project. All transactions performed on the Platform using valid access credentials shall be deemed authorized and binding for the relevant project.
7. Responsibility for Access Credentials
The confidentiality and security of Contract IDs and related access credentials are the sole responsibility of the user. The Platform cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from access credentials that are shared, leaked, or stored improperly.
8. Ticket System Usage
The Platform provides a ticket-based communication system for support and project-related discussions. Tickets are intended solely for communication and documentation purposes and do not constitute contractual amendments, new agreements, or binding commitments.
9. Message Integrity and Retention
Messages submitted through the ticket system cannot be edited or deleted by users. Tickets may be archived after a reasonable period of inactivity. Archived tickets remain stored for record-keeping and audit purposes.
10. No Legal or Commercial Guarantees
The Platform does not guarantee project results, delivery times, or commercial success. All such matters can only be detailed in the relevant contracts.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Platform operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or inability to access it.
12. Service Availability
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. No uninterrupted service guarantee is provided.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Platform Usage & Access Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Principle
Use of the Platform is voluntary. If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
Privacy & Data Usage
1. Purpose of This Policy
This Privacy & Data Usage Policy explains how limited personal and technical data is collected, stored, and used in connection with access to and use of the Platform. The Platform is not designed as a consumer-facing service, marketplace, or social network and does not engage in large-scale personal data processing.

The Platform collects only the minimum data necessary to provide support and communication services. The types of data that may be collected include:
- Email address provided by the user
- Messages submitted through the ticket system
- Files uploaded voluntarily by the user (e.g. PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP)

3. Source of Data
All data processed by the Platform is provided directly and voluntarily by the user during access or communication. The Platform does not collect personal data other than the contract details and email address required for access verification.The platform does not collect, process, or store payment details, billing data, credit card information, or banking information. All financial transactions are handled by third-party providers.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Collected data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Providing project-related support and communication
- Managing and responding to support tickets
- Maintaining system security and preventing abuse
- Ensuring continuity and quality of service
Data is not used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

The platform does not collect, process, or store payment details, billing data, credit card information, or banking information. All financial transactions are handled by third-party providers.

Email addresses are used solely for access identification, support communication, and platform-related notifications. Emails are not used for newsletters, promotional campaigns, or unsolicited messages.

The Platform does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services designed for user profiling. Essential technical cookies may be used strictly to maintain session continuity and basic platform functionality.
12. User Rights and Requests
Users may contact the Platform regarding questions related to their data. Requests for data access, correction, or deletion will be reviewed on a reasonable basis, taking into account operational, legal, and contractual requirements.

The Platform does not perform identity verification services. All access and communication are based on user-provided information and third-party contract or purchase references.

The Platform is not targeted at any specific country or jurisdiction. By using the Platform, users acknowledge that data may be processed in different jurisdictions depending on infrastructure and operational requirements.
